Health and Wellbeing
Aavishkar School focuses strongly on the health of its students. Yoga is a part of their daily regimen at the school. We encourage and teach yoga because it helps cleanse the body, mind, and soul, and makes you feel energetic for the rest of the day.
We inculcate values in them associated with physical and mental well-being so they can lead a healthier and happier lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
Our wellness center is also an aid to students’ health because we provide all the services to deal with basic ailments of our students and provide them relief until they are on campus. Our well-trained and well-educated staff also advise students on healthy practices they should inculcate.
